How to change user's rights (allow, disallow, or read only)

When you open the main page you should see a menu item named Maintenance.

Scroll down to where it says User Rights, click on it.

Click on the drop down menu and select the user that you would like to change the rights, than click on one of the three options available (Allow, Disallow, or Read Only).
