At the bottom of the main screen are 4 buttons.  Each one will create an instant pre-filled email for the 4 major tasks most commonly done with each order.  Click on the “N” button and you will get a confirmation email to send to the notary. 

 

 

All of the information for the signing will be attached to email in a pdf file.  You can attach additional documents if necessary or add any notes regarding your conversation with the signing agent on the phone.  A copy of this can be saved by either clicking on the save button, or sending a copy of each email to yourself.  The time and date the email is sent is automatically logged into the history of the signing order.  To send the email click on the ok button.

 

Clicking on the "C" button will create a similar email for your contact at the Title Company, comfirming that the signing order was received and that a notary has been assigned.
