Exporting information into quick books.

 

Select Reporting from the top and choose one of the 4 export choices.  Vendors are your signing agents and customers are your title companies.  Orders are your signing appointments.  You only need to export your vendors and customers once.  Then export your orders each month when you do your bookkeeping. 

 

It will ask you where it should save the file.  Chose a location that you can find easily from quickbooks (like your desktop). Give the file a name that you will remember (like my export) and click on the save button.

 

Then you will be able to open your quickbooks program and import the information from the file.
