When a new order comes in through my website, do I need to re-type the information into the NotaryManager software? No, we work with your web master to integrate your website with your NotaryManager software to load orders automatically when they fill out the web form.

In our office, a signing order goes through several steps and is assigned to different people as it is processed. Can we track this process with NotaryManager software. Yes, NotaryManager software is customizable to your existing process.

Our accounting department is in a different office. Can we link this other office to the database? Yes, you'll just need Internet capability to link your offices together to work from the same database.

We have developed our own forms that work for us. Do we have to change to using standard forms to use your software? No, NotaryManager is customized with the forms you are currently using.

Will NotaryManager help me to decide which Notary to hire for a signing? Yes, you can see with one-touch each Notary's past record with you, any notes you've made, and distance from signing.
