Once the new notary fills out the information about himself on your website, it is sent to a dedicated email address where a dataloader picks up the information and loads it into your database, so that the next time you have an order within 10 miles of his zip code, he will show up on your notary list. This screen allows you to add comments, keep track of the contracts and paperwork with this notary (w-4’s etc), rank this person from 1-10 using your own rating system, social security number, when their commission expires, etc.
