You click on the box with the 3 dots next to the field labeled notary vendor.  A list of available notaries within 10 miles of the zip code of your signing location will pop up. 

 

 

From this screen you can see all the information about the notaries that you need to choose, contact and negotiate with them.  If none of these notaries meet your needs, you can widen the search area by increasing the miles or you can request a specific name if you know who you want to use.  A complete history of all the signings that each notary has done for you with notes on that signing is available on this screen.  Also if you have taken the time to rank your signing agents from 1-10, this will also show up here.  This gives you all the information you need at your fingertips while you call and speak to each signing agent. (i.e. how much you paid them last time, was the customer happy with their work, counties they serve, what languages they speak, what is their availability, what are their basic fees they prefer to get, etc)  When you have chosen your agent and he/she has agreed to do the signing, you highlight their name and click ok.  Then you click ok on the edit order information page and save the changes. All of their information is automatically linked to the signing. No retyping needed.
